Would you believe me if I told you that there is one thing causing insomnia, draining your energy, making you feel rundown and tired? This one thing invalidates and diminishes yourself and sometimes others and is the cause of quitting, giving up, or running away. This one thing is also the cause of all scarcity thinking: I don't have enough time, I can't afford it, and I'm not good enough.

Yep, just one thing.

There is a name for this one thing, the root of so much discomfort and the thing keeping us from our dreams and desires. It is called a limiting belief.

There’s good news, though! A limiting belief only limits us as long as we are unaware of it. By taking the time to uncover your own personal blend of limiting beliefs, you can make quantum leaps in your ability to tackle challenges that have exhausted and frustrated you in the past.

Over the course of the next seven days, we will explore what a limiting belief is, where it comes from, ways to identify it, and what we can do to change it so we can tap back into our unlimited potential again.

What are limiting beliefs?

In order to understand what a limiting belief is, we first need to understand what a belief is. A belief is an assumption that we have about ourselves, about others, and about the world around us that we hold as the absolute truth. These beliefs are formed through our experiences and interactions with the world around us.

Limiting beliefs are assumptions, stories, programming, or conditioning which constrain us in some way shape or form. I call these Bullshit stories (BS stories for short)…
