Meet binderful contributor DEB KLeINMAN
Deb founded Lupine Collaborative after 20 years working in and around mission-driven endeavors. She provides facilitation, coaching, training, strategic planning, and project management support to a wide range of individuals, organizations, and collaborations across the country and a little bit beyond.
As a coach and a consultant, she fosters transformative and collaborative leaders, helps people find opportunity and transformation in times of transition and change, explores new ways of thinking about the complicated problems of our time, and supports people in their search for wisdom and a life well-lived. She loves to work with people who have a connection to a deeper sense of purpose, and who approach their lives with at least a little humor and gentle irreverence.
She received her B.A. in History from Carleton College and a Masters in Public Health from the University of Michigan. Her expertise is in collaborative leadership, interest-based negotiation and conflict resolution, organizational development, and nonprofit excellence. She lives in SE Wyoming, about 2 hours north of Denver. When she’s not working, she loves to hike and ski, walk the dogs, read, quilt and knit, cook, and eat good food.
